PerCoy’s Truck Parking Center is an elite parking facility, that provides convenient parking for tractor trailer trucks. Our facility is not just a parking lot for trucks, we have a host of services which provide convenience, comfort, and security for the truck drivers that park their trucks at our parking center. Our convenient services include: a full service mobile maintenance facility with tire and brake service; twenty-four hour towing, and truck washing are just a few of our convenient services. Our comfort services include: spotless bathrooms, showers, and lockers; a lounge area with couches, recliners, computers with internet access, fax machines, and cable television; a medical clinic, a barbershop, a laundry facility, a fitness center, and a Waffle House on the grounds of the facility. Security is very important to us, that is why we provide such a high level of security, which includes; Coded Security Entrances, a 10ft gate that surrounds the entire facility, high tech surveillance cameras, and twenty-four hour security staff. We want our customers to feel safe parking their trucks at our facility.

Our research
PerCoy’s Truck Parking Center’s main objective is to build our facilities one to five miles outside of residential living areas. Eighty-five percent of tractor trailer drivers, want to park their trucks closer to where they live. Unfortunately, due to most city and county laws, these drivers are not allowed to drive their trucks on certain streets or in certain areas, usually these areas are where their homes are. Truck Drivers make up an average of forty-five percent of residential home owners in middle class neighborhoods. This is why our location is important. |
Our difference
PerCoy’s Truck Parking Center is primarily set up, like a residential apartment community. Our potential residents come in and view our facility. We give them a tour of our facility, our services and amentities. At that time the potential resident can sign a month to month lease, 6 month lease or a 12 month lease starting at $350.00 per month up to $500..00 per month, depending on the services and amenities that want to have access too. |
Our Security
PerCoy’s Truck Parking Center will provide a great level of security for our resident drivers, customers, and staff. With the new technology trends, security will prove to be an easy convenience to everyone listed above. We will use coded security entrances to gain entry into parking facility, fitness center, lounge area, men’s and women’s bathroom, as well as the back entrance and exit of the Waffle House if on site. We will also have over 20 monitored security cameras onsite to ensure our residents, customers, and employees, that we care about their safety, and the safe housing of the drivers load. There will always be a staff of security guards on duty twenty-four hours a day. There will be guards at every entrance point into the facility, as well as riding/walking the inside and outside perimeter of the entire parking structure. |
